Sunny Weather After the heavy rain on Monday yesterday was fine and sunny. The maximum temperature during the day was 86 degrees. Rainfall in the Waikato Although the first eleven days of this month produced little rain, there have been frequent falls since in the Waikato. The total is 2.15 inches, compared with the average of 3.65. There was a good fall of half an inch on January 12, and another of the same amount on Monday. Only the tail of Auckland's storm struck Hamilton. Dairy farmers are well pleased with pasture growth, and the condition of stock, both having improved out of sight in the last fortnight.
