R.S.A. HALL

STEADY GROWTH OF FUND The fund for the R.S.A. Hall, which was opened last year, has been steadily growing, and to date £I4BS Os Id has been acknowledged. The section in Grey Street was purchased some months ago ,is freehold, and stands in the name of the 'Western Bay of Plenty Returned Services Association, there is £ 700 to the hall account in the post office, the remainder being in the current account of the R.S.A. at the bank. Although the building is of necessity held up until after the war, donations to the fund will be welcomed and may be paid to Mr C. Waterston or to the R.S.A. Committee. The plan oi the building is now familiar and it is generally recognised that it will be a welcome addition to " the town's amenities.
