INCREASE IN ENTRIES

Officials of the Te Puke A. and P Association report that entries in most classes show a good increase on last year. In the butterfat competition under the group herd-testing system for cows within the district from the Waitao Bridge, Papamoa to Otamarakau, the entries have advanced by over twenty and some first class cows have been entered. In the eattle, sheep, pig, and horse classes entries are well up to those of previous years.

All members of the Committee have been extremely busy in attending to all arrangements that make lor the successful running of the Show, and everything points to this year s Show being every bit as popular as those in the past.
