CHILD OP 3 HAS HAD 11 FRACTURES Lithgow, Oct. 26. Patricia Halpin, aged 3, of Brownstreet, Lithgow, has had 11 fractures during her brief life. She had the 11th at the week-end. She broke her right arm about a month ago, and that limb is still in plaster. While endeavouring to lift a baby, she broke the other. Lithgow Ambulance took her to hospital for treatment, and then to her home.
