BADMINTON
VISIT OF WAIKATO PLAYERS Ton of the leading Waikato Badminton players are to visit Tauranga during the coming week end. The visit is the outcome of the recent ;uliliation of the Tauranga and Te Puke clubs to the Waikato Badminton Association, after which it was promised that a team should be sent over in order to stimulate the game in the local clubs.
Exhibition games will be played, in addition to friendly matches in which Tauranga and Te Puke players will participate. As the visitors from the Waikato are all A grade players some very good play should be witnessed.
