LONDON C. OF C. LETTER.

Sir.—l simply asked for the publication of this letter to either A.W. (or A, Wilkinson's will do). It Is a short letter direct from the Secretary to Mr A.W. I have read it, and if A. W. is making the right use of it there is no reason why he should not hand it in to yourself for publication. If he does this I will be pleased to call and discuss giving you a job to publish it. “FAIR PLAY IS BONNIE PLAY”
