REGENT THEATRE

A GREAT COMEDY TO-MORROW. At the Regent Theatre to-night is the final screening of “The Devil's Lottery,” featuring Elissa Landi, Beryl Mercer and Victor McLaglen. A very unusual drama with vivid, flashing pictures of life that cannot fail to thrill you as it did Saturday’s audience. To-morrow, Tuesday, the all-Eng-lish comedy, "Splinters in the Navy” will have it’s initial screening. This production, featuring Sydney Howard, Alf Goddard and the entire cast of the original “Splinters,” which were, as you no doubt remember, the famous English concert party that made history during the Great War, is one of the brightest comedies to come from the English studios.

A joyous, knockabout comedy that being such a change from the usual run of pictures, wifi be thoroughly enjoyed by all who attend. One of those entertainments that is suitable for the whole family to witness and enjoy and being such the management has decided to assist patrons by admitting all school children accompanied by their parents free of charge to all sessions.
