(1) That the fee payable for the registration of all dogs (with the exception noted below) in the Borough of Tauranga for the yeai 1924, is TEN SHILLINGS, provided that for nogs registered on or before the 31st day of March, 1924 only FIVE SHILLINGS will be charged, after which date (he full fee will be demanded. BONA FIDE Sheep and Cattle Dogs kept solely for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle, 2s 6d. I ALSO GIVE NOTICE that C. N. CLARK has been aj. pointed by thhi Council, Dog Registrar for the said Borough, and that the office of registration is situated at the Borough Council Office, Willow Street. DOGS are required by law to WEAR the collar. (2) Also 1 that on and after the 20th day of January, 1924, the Inspector is empowered to prosecute all j owners of cattle, whose cattle are found at large on the streets of j the Borough, without wearing this year’s neck strap. The Inspector (C. N. Clark) will supply to applicants at his office, one numbered neck strap to each householder for quiet milch cows a$- far south, as Eleventh Avenue, ) on the payment of the sum of £l/10/.
