The Red army further north is re-grouping. Moscow, Sept 10 The Russian p 9eace delegates have gone to Riga, the Soviet | 1 having received the necessary assurances for their safety. The Polish delegates are already at Riga. Pourparlers will begin forthwith. United States as Mediator. Australian an* N Z. Cable Association.
