.The Constituent Assembly catne to a comic end at 5 o'clock this morning. A sailor mounted the tribune and demanded that tha members disperse ass the guard was tired. Chernoff replie that the deputies were tired too, but -must do their duty to the people by carrying 'the great principle of land catiosalisation. -'The sailor insisted and the deputies hastily passed a batch of resolutions and dispersed. Later tha Bolshevik Commissary to The Asiembly announced that the Assembly would not meet again, fSkvortboff, the Bolsheviks' leader, stating that the Parliamentary institutions were only a fetish of tbe bourgeoise.
