'Sir,—Whilst the speculative o«*J fronting on this road are exercisit*; their brains as to how much moie^ other ratepayers can contribute & wards its further improvement, '* rely on a poll to oppose an addition shilling being spent. Cameron 'W. is all right, perhaps a bit dusty * times, but what.about ail other ij provements everywhere else in , borough that are hung up. No! «J another penny on this road *itf°r ratepayers' sanction.
