The Temps publishes an interview with M Talejuuesen, a Roumanian statesmen, in which he declares that an Allied victory is certain, Russia and Englaad bring geographically invincible, vrhili* the French army is superior to ihe German if numericilly equal.
Italy too is proving to be a nation that can accomplish miracles when fightiog ia a wise aud popular cause.
A gr.'at Allied victory is desirable to c-unt'ricc the effects of the Galiciau uaiupaigj and appeal to the imagination cf neutraJs.
Such h victory was only obtainable now at ih.3 Dirdanelles.
