'J'lk- steamer Wairoa was expected to leave for the Auckland Islands yesterday in search, of the (General Grant's treasure, but apparently successive coats of paint have obliterated her Pliuisoll mark, and another will have to be placed on her before she can sail. It may be necessary to dock the vessel Tacfore. the riimsoll mark can be located.
