A Wellington citizen -who tendered a half-sovereign ia a restaurant last week received the most 'suspicious stare' of his life. The Bruce County Council has serve* notice upon MeßPrs Henderson, Davis, and Ward (Coombe Hay), and Messrs Fleming and Miller (Fairfax), that the County by-law governing heavy traffic will be enforced during the next two months in regard to the oarting of flax on the Coombe Hay and Moneymore roads. This, we understand, will entail the dosing down in the meantime of the mill at Coombo Hay.
