A VICTIM OF RACE HATRED,
The sudden death is announced at Colombo, of Mr W. A. Harvey, Paymaster H.N., secretary to R-ar- Admiral Fremantle, C tinmauder-in-Chief on the East Indies station. It appears that some six months a<*o Mr Harvey, while walking ashore at Zanzibir, was attacked and grievously wounded on the heart by a native who mistook him for a German officer.
