IN pursuance of "The Regulations of Elections Act 1881." and "The Electoral Acta Amendment Act 1890," I t Alexander Nelson, Retnrning Officer for the Electoral District of Bruce, do hereby give notice that by virtue <>f a Writ bearing date the fifth day of November, 1890, under the hand of tne Clerk of tbe Writs, an ELECTION will be held for the return of a QUALIFIED PERSON to serve as member tor the said Electoral District ; and that the POLL (if necessary) will be taken at tbe several Polling Places of the Baid District on the Fitth day of December, 1890.
