LONDON WOOL SALES.
London, June 17. Messrs Remshardt, M'Donald, and Co., are in receipt of the following information : — " The third serie3 of sales opened yesterday. Foreign buyers are in large attendance and operate with freedom. Home buyers are well represented. Americans buy cautiously compared with last series. The advance in values are as follow : — Greasy merino's, 2d per lb. ; washed and scoured merino 3, about 3d ; greasy, washed, or scoured halfbreda, Id to l£d ; crossbreds and lambs, £i to Id. To-day's sale was very animated."
