Melbourne, June 11. Henry Henty, of the firm of James Henty and Co., has filed a schedule of bankruptcy in his separate estate. His liabilities are set down at £150,000, while his assets amount to £160. The libel actions brought against the ' Melbourne Argus,' • Age,' and ' Daily Telegraph ' by the Messrs Henty have been settled ont of court. The most reverend James Alpoine Goold, Catholic Bishop of Melbourne died to-day. Adelaide, June 10. The trial of Lyall, late manager of the Commercial Bank of South Australia at Yankalilla, for the alleged robbery of a large sum of notes from the bank iv March last, was concluded to-day, when after hearing evidence the prisoner was acquitted.
