WASTE LAND BOARD.
A meeting of the Waste Land Board was held on the 29th ult. There were present — the Chief Commissioner, Mr J. T. Thomson, in the chair, and Messrs Reid, Duncan, and Eughes.
The Board considered notice given by Messrs Smith and Anderson* solicitors, for Mr Joseph Clarke, of hi 3 iiitentidn to appeal against a decision of the > fioard on the 15 bh ult, respecting his application for 45,000 acres on runs 215 and *212 b. The conaineration of the case was postponed.
