Freeziug sorts were eagerly competed for and brought good prices, but in other lines the market was easier. Freezing wethers los Gd to 19s 3d, ewes 13s 6rf to 16s; butchers' best ewes 12s' to 14s, others 8s to lls. Fat lambs, about 1500, thequality on the whole showing an improvement. There was faircompetition in all classes at rates scarcely differing from those ruling last week. Freezers 12a 6d to 15s Bd, butchers' kinds 9a to 13s. Pigs, a medium entry. Baceners from 45s to 65a (equal to 5d per lb), j porkers 3s 2d to 4s 2d (shd to6d), stores 22s 6d to 29.--, -veaners 18s 6d to 21s.
