NORWEGIANS RESTIVE
DESIRE TO GO ABROAD Rec. 11 a.m. OSLO, October 21 Soldiers and others in Norway are disappointed with conditions at home. They want to emigrate, particularly to Australia and Chile, says the Exchange Telegraph correspondent. Others want to go to Canada and South America. Some want to join the French Foreign Legion. The authorities have told them that special arrangements are berhg made to better conditions, adding that all hands are needed in Norway.
