LATE PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT Rec. 10 a.m. NEW YORK, Aug. 15. The grave of the late President Franklin Roosevelt, in Hyde Park, on the banks of the Hudson River, lay in stillness punctuated only hy the footsteps of a lone sentry as the victory for which he had worked so hard finally came, says the Associated Press. There were no visitors to the grave.
