REMOVING OF CONTROLS FEW RESTRICTIONS LEFT Parliamentary Reporter. WELLINGTON, this day. It was stated officially to-day that most of the remaining controls over factory materials would be removed immediately, although there would still remain a few controls over certain commodities such as rubber, bicycle tyres and kapok, supplies of which were dependent entirely upon the overseas supply position. It is expected that the position regarding overseas supplies .will be clarified within the next few weeks, as replies are received to inquiries through the Ministry of Supply, as to what other restrictions might be eased.
