CITY OF AUCKLAND VICTORY CELEBRATION PERIOD REFUSE COLLECTION Citizens are advised that the proposed arrangements made for Refuse Collection during V Day Celebration Period cannot now be given effect to. and the notice published in this paper on August 14 is, therefore. Cancelled. There will be NO COLLECTION OF REFUSE on the days which are to be observed as holidays for the Victory Celebrations, and Refuse will be Collected on the Next Normal Collection Day. Wherever possible, citizens are advised to burn, bury or otherwise suitably dispose of their refuse.
