The trial of Victor Danzey, a farm hand aged 48 (Mr. Aekinsand Mr. Stubbs), on a charge of attempted indecent assault on a boy at Ellerslie, was taken before Mr. Justice Cornish and a jury yesterday. After a retirement of three hours the jury returned a verdict of not guilty and- the prisoner was discharged.
