"MADE BY FRANCO TO LAVAL" PARIS, Aug. 1. Pierre Laval declared after his arrival' in Paris that the Spanish Prime Minister, General Franco, offered him a chance to fly to Eire last Monday. "But I am a patriotic Frenchman, and only wanted to stay in Spain for a year or two until I could be sure of justice in France," Laval added.
