Your correspondent "Soldier's Wife" is entitled to 4J per cent on money invested in the property, and should take the matter up with the Fair Rents Department, and, failing an agreement with them, take the matter before a magistrate. If she occupied the house before her husband went overseas she is now entitled to possession, and the fact that the tenant is damaging the property will strengthen her case. SPARROWHAWK.
