Egg: prices will be reduced again on Monday when the new retail schedule for heavy, standard and medium grade hen and duck eggs will, be 3 J ,fed a dozen lower. Working in conjunction with the Internal Marketing Division and the Price Tribunal, the Auckland Egg Marketing Committee announces the following schedule of prices as from Monday affecting all sales in the Auckland marketing area and the Tauranga and Hamilton special marketing areas:—Hen: Heavy, wholesale, 2/2 1 / 2 d a dozen; retail. standard, 2/1 \<2 and 2/4 , / 2 : medium. I/IV/2 and 2/2: pullet, 1/4',2 and I/6V2', ungraded. 1/IOVa, wholesale. Duck: Standard, wholesale, retail, 2/1; medium, I/QV2 and 1/11: small. 1 /s'-se and l/lVzl ungraded, l/SYz, wholesale. Country prices outside of these marketing areas are >,2d a dozen, less for all grades, making country storekeepers* buying prices for ungraded hen eggs 1/10 and duck eggs 1/5 a dozen.
