MOVE IN THE WAIKATO O.C. HAMILTON, this day. a unanimous desire for unity under the aegis of the new Federated Farmers' Association of New Zealand was expressed at a meeting of the , Waikato sub;provincial executive of the Farmers' Union. There was no unanimity, however, 6n the method of bringing this about. It was decided that When the Federated? Farmers' organisation was in a pOsitioh v to function all necessary steps be taken to set up a province of federated farmers in the WaLkato. It Was also decided that a further attempt be made with the Auckland representatives to bring about a hundred per 'cent federation. It was resolved unanimously that the Waikato executive convene a meeting of representatives of the Sheepowners' Federation, the Dairy Producers' Association and the Farmers' Union in the Waikato at the earliest opportunity after midAugust.
