ARMS FOR COLLABORATORS Rec. 1 p.m. . PARIS, Aug. 3. A plot to smuggle arms into Fresnes Prison, where Laval and major collaborators await trial, has been discovered. A small number of revolvers seized were about to be delivered to four political prisoners, who have now been placed in a special cell. A warder, who was allegedly implicated has disappeared. The plot was foiled by a loyal warder pretending to act as an intermediary.
