UNITED NATIONS MOVEMENT j Rec. 9.30 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 1. All members of the United Nations will automatically be granted membership of the educational and cultural organisation which will be formed if the draft proposals are passed at the international conference which opens in London tomorrow, says the Daily Telegraph. Some of the organisation's principal aims are:—Firstly, to facilitate consultation between educational and cultural leaders; secondly, to foster measures in each country for giving support to international security; thirdly, to assist countries that need help in developing educational and cultural activities.
