A PRIEST NEED NOT TELIi
Rec. 1 p.m. DUBLIN, July 31. Mr. Justice Gavan Duffy, in the High Court, decided that a priest did not commit contempt of Court in refusing to give evidence regarding communications made to him as a parish priest. The judge declared that the decision was in line with the Constitution of Eire.
