The Taranaki lightweight jockey, N. Holland, who was under suspension for two years, has had the balance of his sentence remitted by the New Zealand Racing Conference and has been granted a license for the coming season.
Holland Is a very capable horseman and he had ridden 14 winners last season before incurring the displeasure of the Taranaki stewards. He has been engaged to ride Reorapa In the Winter Cup =it Riccarton and following the Gravid National carnival he will be riding at the Pakuranga meeting.
