R.S.A. AND LIQUOR
CHARTER PLAN DEFEATED DECISION AT HAMILTON O.C. HAMILTON, this day. Mr. Arthur Fow said the funds in hand had been collected on the understanding that there would be no liquor in the club. A motion that a charter be sought was heavily defeated.
