STILL IN SPAIN

Laval Leaves By Plane But Forced To Return FRENCH WRIT ISSUED Rec. 11 p.m. LONDON, July 30. Pierre Laval left Spain by air this afternoon but the Spanish news agency later reported that the plane carrying him and his wife was forced to turn back because of engine trouble. Laval was interned at the airfield, pending new instructions. The High Court of Justice in Paris has issued a writ against Laval, informing him that he is to be tried by the Court and granting him ten days from yesterday in which to appear. A Madrid message stated that Laval left the Montjuich Fortress and arrived at an airfield on the outskirts of Barcelona, where a plane was awaiting him.
