SUITS AND WALLPAPERS Applications for import licenses will be considered by the Customs Department in respect of men's suits and men's woollen overcoats to be purchased from Australia. ■ For the 1946 licensing period licenses will be granted for imports of paperhangings from either the United Kingdom or Canada, or from both, to the extent of 150 per cent of the value of licenses granted for imports of paperhangings from all loSrces during 1941. These licenses may be utilised for the entry of any shipment which might "ome to hand prior to 1946 Importers may accordingly place orders on that basis in anticipation of receiving licenses when these are being issued for the 1946 period.
