CONVICTED OF RECEIVING
Tried on charges of breaking and entering at Maungaturoto and Oakley, of theft of goods from a yard at Waipu, and alternately of receiving certain goods found in his car, Jack Marsh, labourer, aged 31, (Mr. Noble) was found guilty by the jury in the Supreme Court yesterday on the charge of receiving and was remanded by Mr. Justice Callan for sentence.
