Whereas the Waitwnata County Council, pursuant to the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act. 1926, and the Regulations made thereunder, has submitted to me, John Hector Luxford. a Stipendiary Magistrate exercising- jurisdiction within the said Waitemata County, a special roil of Swanson and District containing the names of all persons entitled r .o vote upon the proposal that a loan be raised for the purpose of purchasing the building erected at Swanson ana known as the Swanson Hall; and whereas the said County Council has also submitted a list of all objections to such roll:— NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on TUESDAY. the 21st day of August. l&'o. at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, in the Swanson Hall. FERTILISER RATIONING, 1945-46. Under the Fertiliser Control Order. 1945, an opportunity is afforded Farmers to make application for an allocation of Fertilisers for their property under the following heading*:— A —Those farmers who have not appealed on any previous occasion. B—Those' farmers who can produce documentary evidence to the effect that they have brought In out of VIRGIN country during the last ration period areas which have been sown down in new grass.
