THAMES DISTRICT FALL
O.C. THAMES, this day. For the first time for several years snow was clearly visible from Thames this morning on the hills across the Hauraki Gulf in the Miranda and Hunua districts. -By about 10 o'clock most of the ?now appeared to have melted. At most the fall appeared to be a light sprinkling on the summits but with glasses it could be seen in valleys.
