FOUND NOT GUILTY
CHARGE OP MANSLAUGHTER P.A. DUNEDIN, this day. The trial of John Edward Clare Nicholson, aged 21, milk bar attendant, on a charge of manslaughter in unlawfully causing the death of George Henderson Pindlay, farmer, of Tiratapere, was concluded in the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Kennedy, yesterday. This referred to an incident in an hotel bedroom, when Findlay was alleged to have been struck by the accused after an altercation. A verdict of not guilty was returned.
