SHORT SECOND SPELL Sacred Heart College, leading team In the Auckland Secondary Schools' Rugby competit on. maintained its unbeaten record yesterday afternoon when it defeated Takapuna Grammar by three points to nil. The Western Springs ground was practically a quagmire, and, as a result, the game for the most part was ra*reed and confined to the forwards. Takapuna put up a cood showing, although Sacred Heart was without several of Us best forwards. Sacred Heart held a 3—o lead in the second spell, Callashan scoring a try, and it was beginning to make a late run when the referee signalled no-side. He had, however, apparently made an error, as there were still about 15 minutes of the 35 minute spell still to go.
