DRIVER FINED £10
Remarking that it did not appear to be a bad case of intoxication, Mr. J.-Morling, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday afternoon, imposed a fine of- £10 on Benjamin Edmond Plesher (38), a carpenter, for beirtg in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor car on Great South Road on July 23.'. .; v . , Flesher, who -denied the charge, i was represented by Mr. M. Robinson.
