DEATH SENTENCE PASSED Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, July 24.' The 26-year-old Egyptian lawyer Mahmoud el Issawy, who pleaded guilty at his trial in Cairo to shooting the Egyptian Prime Minister, Ahmed Maher Pasha, in February, was to-day sentenced to death by a military Court. - The murder occurred after Egypts declaration of war against the Axis countries.
