IT DIDN'T WORK
It worked once with an apple, but it didn't . work this time with a sword.
Two Australians and two Japanese officers (complete with golddecorated swords) came face to face on a jungle track. The Japs ran, and one unbuckled his sword and threw it in front of the pursuing Australians. But the Diggers pounded on. Then there were two swords where none had been before.
