R.S.A. WOMEN'S SECTION
Members greatly enjoyed the social afternoon which marked the close-of the year for the R.S.A. Women's Section. Mr. Flashoff, representing the Rehabilitation Civic League, keenly interested members when he spoke on the league activities. An elocutionary item by Miss Finlayson was warmly applauded, and afternoon tea was served.
Mrs. C. F. Osmers, the energetic secretary, has enrolled several new members, and reported on a successful visit of members to the T.B. Shelters, where assistance was given in displaying work for the handwork exhibition. A trading table helped to swell the funds, and several members gave donations to the hospital gift fund. Mrs. R. S. Judson, acting-president, invited all members to attend the annual meeting, which will be held in the R.S.A. cafeteria on Wednesday, August 1, at 7.30 p.m.
