Notice is hereby given that at a Special MeetIng of the Onehunga Borough Council, held' on the 25th day of June, 1945, the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the 30th day of July, 1945, at 7.45 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Queer , . Street, Onehunga. RESOLUTION: In exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Noxious Weeds Act, 1828, the Onehunga Borough Council hereby resolves and declares by way of Special Order, that the plants mentioned in the schedule hereto (being plants mentioned in second schedule of the said Act as extended from time to time by the Governor-General in Council) are noxious weeds within the Borough of Onehunga.
