VIENNA SCHOOLS CLOSE
HEAT WAVE; LACK OF FOOD Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, July 22. Vienna radio announced that under-nourishment, combined with a heat wave, had caused the Municipal Council to order all preparatory and secondary schools to be closed, because it felt that under the circumstances profitable results could not be expected from teaching.
