TO EXTER X. C. PRICE'S STABLE The Southland .-sportsman, Mr. N. R. Lawlor, Gore, has sofcl the pacer, Loyal Winner, to Mr. G. W. Deyeil. and the mare will be trained at New Brighton by N. C. Price. Lovaf Winner won the Wyndham Juvenile Stakes in 1042 from Lady Dawn and Communique.

At one time Loyal Winner was trained at Russley by M. Holmes for Mr. D. McFarlane, in whose colours she ran second to Sir Thomas in the President's Handicap at Gore in 1943. Later she was returned to Mr. Lawlor. who won the Hokonui Handicap at Winton with her on March 4 last year.

In nine starts this season her best performance was a fourth to Radical, Ma* Baer and Chuckles at Forbury last January. She is by Grattan Loyal from Winning Wave. Her Ri-andam, Winsoon, won a New Zealand Trotting Cup.
