Commodore Kiefer, captain of the aircraft-carrier Ticonderoga, stated at a Press conference that Japanese suicide planes obtained five times rrinrp hits against warships compared with other bombers because the warships could be manoeuvred aW from ordinary bombs but not frnm a steered bomb.
