DOGS ON CHAINS
Will you please print a plea that chained dogs may be given a run early these cold mornings? If they are allowed to "warm up" with some exercise early they have a chance, but dogs left chained for hours in the cold weather develop rheumatism and suffer cruelly. ANTI-CRUELTY.
The amount of the age benefit was stated in a letter published yesterday to be £7 10/ a month. It is £7'o/10 a month.
